Operating since 2015, Valnova has designed bespoke loyalty programmes, value-added solutions and shared value platforms for businesses and brands to assist them to drive loyalty and measurable business growth.
With over 20 years extensive experience in the value-added services industry, Magdel began her career at Europ assistance, the largest assistance services company in the world. She was included in a select group of Europ Assistance staff worldwide to sit on a global innovation committee, with the purpose of comparing global trends and aligning product development and delivery processes across the entire group, including South America, the United Kingdom, Asia and Australasia. Magdel was key to developing and implementing 8 unique product offerings, doubling organic growth during her time as Head of Business Development. In 2015, Magdel co-founded Valnova with Genric Insurance. She has since purchased the company outright, successfully relaunching Valnova as a full service loyalty provider.
